Keswick Adventure Centre (1 mile) is on hand to take you exploring in the nearby fells, with Skiddaw (5 miles) and Helvellyn (8 miles) both close by. Those hoping to enjoy a calmer visit might enjoy walks around the beautiful Whinlatter Forest Park (12.5 miles) or perhaps a day trip to the town of Windermere (14 miles) or Ambleside (9.5 miles).

Access the first-floor accommodation via external stairs to find yourself in a handy hallway with space for hanging coats and a tumble dryer. Continue inside and make a beeline for the kitchen, a bright and cheerful space with traditional decor. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare meals for four including a fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and a dishwasher, along with a washing machine. A small breakfast table here is a great spot for breakfast. Further along the hallway, the sitting room is an inviting space with electric fire to create a cosy glow. A dining set offers space for everyone to dine together, whilst a TV/DVD and a bookcase filled with books and CDs ensures you have plenty in way of entertainment. As night falls, forty winks beckon in the comfortable bedrooms. The first of these is a master king-size and the second is a cosy twin, both of which have been furnished with sturdy oak furniture and storage space. There is also a spacious bathroom with WC, shower and bath.

Completing the property is an ever-cheerful balcony, accessible via the kitchen. This space is south facing so it always catches the afternoon sun, ideal for al fresco dinner or evening drinks. Property available for short breaks but only from Saturday - Tuesday or Tuesday - Saturday.

Nice apartment in quiet area of Keswick, although still close to all amenities. Plenty of space in apartment and everything you could need was provided. On street parking not a problem. Netflix was a bonus.

Clean & comfortable, not too far from the centre of Keswick. Would stay there again.
