Enjoy evenings out and visit one of the town’s many pubs before soaking up some culture at the Theatre by the Lake which is less than a mile from your door so you can savour a tipple and wander home. Home to the lounge and the kitchen/diner, the ground floor creates an inviting heart of the house where you can spend quality time relaxing together and cosy up in front of the Smart TV for a chilled night in. When it’s time to prepare for dinner enjoy cooking up a storm in the stylish and fresh kitchen, where the back door offers level access to the outside. The dining chairs add vibrant splashes of colour to liven up this sleek space where you will find all you need to cater for every occasion. Upstairs, the pair of bedrooms are snug yet bright and provide you with a peaceful spot to drift off for the night. Boasting fell views, the master king-size bedroom is decorated in tranquil tones and the double room has splashes of zesty colour which beautifully complements the otherwise neutral decor. Sharing the family shower room, rise and shine and freshen up for the day before heading downstairs for your morning coffee.

If the mornings are mild and light, enjoy your drink outside in the unenclosed, shared garden to start your day with a breath of fresh air. Climb steps to reach this outside space where you can catch the last of the sun’s rays on bright days. Bike storage gives you somewhere safe to store your set of wheels if you’re exploring the National Park by bike. There is designated parking for one car.

We stayed for a week with our granddaughter and had a very comfortable stay.The welcome pack was very much appreciated, as was the early entry. Thanks for that. The cottage is warm and cosy. It is very well equipped. The washing machine and tumble dryer are particularly useful on a walking trip. Lovely, comfortable, well equipped cottage., with its own parking slot. Great location, close to the shops, the Fox Tap, for an after walk drink, the bus station and the lake. We park the car and only use it a week later to drive home.

Just spent a great week in the Lakes in this cosy wee cottage. Location in the heart of Keswick is perfect. So convenient for shops, buses, walks etc.. Handy to have a dedicated car space at the back but we hardly used it as bus travel was so convenient, reliable and cheap. The cottage is well equipped, very clean and the generous welcome pack was Read moremuch appreciated. Lovely Cottage in a fabulous location for central Keswick, has it's own parking space which is a must really. Very well equipped and we had taken towels as mentioned on the website but we did not need them as they were supplied. Lovely comfy beds. A lovely cottage and ideally situated for access to Keswick town centre. It was clean and the milk, butter, and bottles of beer were very much appreciated!

Great location, quiet, within easy walking distance of shops, parks, bus station and lake. The assigned parking slot, a necessity in Keswick; we didn't move the car for a week. Well equipped, comfortable bed, lots of hot water. Lovely outside space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage, so conveniently placed so close to the centre of Keswick and with parking. It was extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable that we slept very well every night. It was furnished nicely too. We shall certainly be booking again in the future.

We had a great holiday in this cottage, it has everything you could possibly need, exceptionally clean, great location and a very nice touch with milk, butter, plum loaf and beer to start you off. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location in centre of town with its own parking space. We appreciated the welcome gifts and the phone call from the housekeeper to say that it was ready for us. Lovely to get in 2 hrs early. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, tidy clean cottage in a great, central , but quiet location with parking a well equipped kitchen and quality linens. Bathroom is compact but perfectly serviceable with a good shower. Would stay again if in Keswick.

This is a lovely cottage, we have stayed here a few times. Treats on arrival an added bonus. Excellent location, nice and quiet, didnt need to use the car all week as everything within walking distance. Ideal for a small family, would definitely stay here again.
