Deceptively spacious, the clever use of light and space creates a bright and airy interior that has been tastefully furnished and decorated with local photography and art. Discard your coats and muddy boots in the hallway and head through to the living room. The bay window allows light to flood in during the day, yet becomes a cosy space when the coal-effect electric fire is lit. Two comfortable sofas are ideal for settling down with a good book or movie nights in. Gather everyone for sociable meals in the dining room, lighting the wood burner on chilly evenings. The efficiently designed kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. There is a door to the back yard and parking area, and there is a downstairs WC. Upstairs, the double and twin bedrooms are spacious and light, each with a wardrobe, dresser and a large sash window. The skylight in the family bathroom creates a bright room, and there is a shower over the D-shaped bath.
Outside, the rear yard is accessed from the kitchen and there is a bench to enjoy the morning sunshine with a coffee. At the front, there is another bench ideal for watching the world go by with a glass of wine. With plenty of space to stretch little legs, Queen’s Park is 300 metres up the road and has tennis courts, a football pitch, a children's playground and a skate park. There is off-road parking for one car and on-road parking for one car (permit provided).
