Over the years we have enjoyed many visits to Riverside Retreat. The location and property are first class and clean. However, we were sorry to see that the dryer had not been repaired/replaced and the beds and duvets had seen better days. Also the hot tap in the kitchen was completely unusable.

Very spacious and comfortable accommodation. Large bedrooms, plenty of storage, comfy beds. Location right on the river is very quiet, with fields on the other side with deer grazing.

We had a wonderful, often warm and sunny week (only 1 full day of rain) at this warm, comfortable, very spacious, very clean cottage with lovely views from nearly every window. For self- caterers it is the best equipped cottage we have stayed at over many years, so a big thank-you.
