We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The amenities were very good, swimming pool and lots of play areas for children, would be very good in summer. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

In this modern world we live in most people and their children have smart phones or tablets or laptops. On that note the WiFi was horrendously bad. In this day and age WiFi should be at least available to a certain standard and yours was woefully lacking. Very disappointed. Secondly when I go on holiday and dont expect to have to strip the beds dowRead moren ourselves when we leave. Surely you have cleaners and it just seems lazy to expect your customers to have to do this. Not enough space. Hide

On site restaurant very good . Be aware that swimming and restaurant booking have to be made via QR code. Children have to be accompanied by an adult in the pool under the age of 16 as there is no life guard present. This was rather frustrating for my son who was nearly 16 and wanted to have some independence. We had lovely days out , feeding alpacRead moreas , lake cruises, archery and rock climbing. A great place with great potential but not achieving its potential due to lack of staff, cancellations of games and possibly worst of all only allowing swimming for 1 hour a day, Wifi was horrible . Being in the wilderness phone network was weak so heavy reliance on wifi was expected. This has not been looked into by the management. The outdoor gamRead morees were nice and the staff were cordial and friendly, inspite of being under pressure during the holiday period. Hide
