An impressing Lakeland townhouse, with modern accommodation to suit a large party, including your four-legged friends, in the middle of Keswick close to shops and restaurants.

Eskin House is a wonderful, centrally located, four-bedroom property, perfectly set up for families, groups, walkers, cyclists, and dog owners. It is located in the centre of the popular market town of Keswick, which has a wide range of shops, bars, and restaurants. Source fresh produce at Keswick’s markets and visit the town’s museums and cinema, or explore the ancient Castlerigg Stone Circle. For those who love walking, head less than 1 mile down the road and find yourself on the shores of Derwent Water, where you can enjoy a cruise around the lake, or venture onto the beautiful North Lakes Fells directly from the house. Keen cyclists can access the tremendous cycling trails including the mountain bike park at Whinlatter Forest (5 miles).

Sleeping eight guests across four wonderful bedrooms, this home has all the space you need for your holiday activities. The house exudes charm from the moment you arrive. Stepping inside, leave coats in the hallway and head straight to the lounge/dining room to relax, curl up by and watch your favourite shows on the smart TV, or enjoy a tasty family meal at the dining table. A great place to be a chef, the kitchen is bright and airy, and has all you need to cook up a storm a range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The handy utility room is perfect for toweling down wet dogs and has a washer/dryer, so you can throw clothes in for a spin after your adventures. Climb to the first floor, to find the first double bedroom and the twin bedroom along with a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, large bath, and WC. Heading up to the second floor, find two more lovely double bedrooms. Completing this property is the large shower room with basin and WC. All bedrooms are beautifully spacious and airy.

At the front of the house is a small garden area, ideal for enjoying the evening sun, whilst chatting over the adventures of the day with a glass of something chilled. To the side of the house is another patio area with a tap and hose pipe, which is perfect for washing down your boots, bikes, or dogs after a strenuous day out. Cyclists can safely store at least 8 bikes in the attached garage. There is a parking space on the road in front of the garage for one car and additional on street parking.

The house is perfect for larger families or groups. It's spacious and comfortable. Facilities are excellent. It's situated a small stroll from centre of Keswick in a quiet area. Kitchen facilities are excellent.

Overall a lovely house & well equipped with most things required for six adults & three children , lounge furniture is a little tired especially the sofas / a little noisy at night as it is on a busy road / location was ideal a two minute walk from the centre of Keswick / would recommend & would stay again especially for the location .

Really spacious, very well equipped, clean & beautiful house. Adult family of 5 with dogs enjoyed the large lounge diner & breakfast kitchen. Utility & useful lobby were perfect for boots & drying dogs. Super bedrooms, spacious with comfy mattresses, loads of storage & great bathrooms. Lovely property ideal location. Just needs attention to heating & hot water system & settees could do with replacing. Holiday cottage team very helpful & tried to resolve problems with heating & hot water systems. Would definitely stay again if had large party of guests. Had a lovely Christmas break.

We had a great time and the house was comfortable and perfect for the needs of a party of eight plus one dog. Great location - quiet but close to the town centre, and just a few minutes walk out into countryside.

Really lovely house with lots of room and very comfortable beds and sofas. It comfortably fitted our six adults, 2 under 2s and dog. Really appreciated the comfy chair in the bedroom for nursing and the garage where the dog slept. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The house is in a great location in Kewsick. A three story stone build house with excellent sized rooms and very clean. Great pics of the surrounding areas. They house has the biggest jacuzzi bath- sadly it doesn't work. A few more glasses would be good. Welcome package is lovely.
