A lovely secluded location, which is very cozy. The cottage is well equipped and the welcome gifts very much appreciated. Lesley was a very friendly host. There are a few lovely walks directly from the farm but everywhere we wanted to go was an easy drive. This made The Stable Yard a great base. We would definitely return.

Could not fault this property or it's owners. Everything has been very well thought out, especially the kitchen which had all that anyone would ever need when cooking there. The welcome gifts were a lovely touch. The location was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the fact that our dogs had the freedom to roam the cottage's own enclosed courtyard. WeRead more'd highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a lovely, peaceful place to stay whilst on holiday. Hide

Wonderful cottage in a beautiful location. The cottages are all secluded and the grazing horses and sheep all around adds to the charm of these beautifully renovated buildings. Super comfy beds, quality furniture and a well equipped kitchen completes the story.

A really superb cottage, kept in top-notch condition by reasonable rules about where dogs are and arent allowed. The quality and style of the decor and furnishings is really special, and the living and outdoor spaces are perfect for any weather. We loved coming back to the cottage after a tiring day exploring.
