Really cosy with a very comfortable bed and a good shower. For us the best thing was the isolation, the escape from fireworks was great for our 2 spaniels.

This is a cosy and well appointed cottage with high quality towels and linen. We were comfortable but the living and kitchen space is small. You need to be well-organised. Plenty of room in bedroom and bathroom. Very peaceful location.

We had a wonderful stay at the Byre! The scenery is stunning and the cottage is very cosy. I was impressed by how comprehensively kitted out the kitchen is for a holiday cottage, perfect if youre into cooking.

Really enjoyed my stay, all you could need in a property, clean well equipped and a handy boot cleaning area outside. Footpaths to the hills and villages just up the road and beautiful views from the little fell behind. Nice to see the stars whilst lying in bed!
