Set in 35 acres of private grounds, this impressive two-storey property is attached to the main farmhouse and is ideal for a restful holiday for families or a group of friends who want to explore this delightful part of the Lake District and Cumbrian peninsula together. The pretty seaside town of Arnside is 2 miles away and Arnside Knott (2 miles) offers uninterrupted views of the Kent Estuary and Morecambe Bay. From your doorstep, you can walk to Leighton Moss RSPB reserve (2 miles). Alternatively, take the train from Arnside to the Edwardian town of Grange-over-Sands and try one of the tearooms. The edge of Lake Windermere at Newby Bridge is a 16.5-mile drive away.

This is a characterful farmhouse that retains its original features, such as the wooden beams, throughout the house and combines them with stylish contemporary decor. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and an impressive fireplace with a wood burner to cosy up in front of in the cooler months. The room is light and airy and has a window seat from which to enjoy the view. Adjoining the lounge is the kitchen and dining area, which is equipped with all the features you need to cook and eat in style. Patio doors in the dining area lead to a traditional stone seating area with a bistro table. A bathroom, utility room and access to the barn which features a Table Tennis table and where you can store bikes and equipment complete the ground floor. Upstairs, is a family bathroom and three bedrooms - a king-size, a double and a twin. All rooms have gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside.
