Lace up your walking boots and walk 8 miles all the way round the lake or attempt the famous 9-mile Coledale Horseshoe, which starts at Braithewaite, just 1.5 miles from the apartment. Stroll into Keswick to shop for local provisions or book a table in a pub or restaurant.
Enter via a shared entrance hall, where you can hang coats and outdoor wear and leave your wellies and shoes. Climb the stairs up to your own bolthole and open the door to find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with characterful, sloping beamed ceilings and plenty of light. Spend your evenings in here together, reading, chatting or listening to music on the stereo. Choose a film to watch on the Smart TV or DVD player. Make your way into the kitchen area when it is time to prepare a meal. There is integrated double oven, plus halogen hobs, a microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer in here. Enjoy your meals together at the table. Head to the bedroom after your long and busy day to find a super-king-size bed (which can also be arranged as twins upon request).
