Lovely house, fantastic location, well equipped, second bedroom a bit small and cold water pressure very poor to sink. No towels provided which we didn't realize and had to buy some. Bird feeders shut up in greenhouse and so no birds. Masses of electric points and it is a very lovely house. Just a few cob webs in the roof space and porch light doesRead moren't work as their is a water leak. But a very lovely house, we would go back if faults fixed. Hide

Lovely cottage and location. Could have done with some milk on arrival as no shops nearby and travelled nearly 300 miles

A beautiful and well equipped very comfortable cottage in a stunning peaceful location. Make sure you take all provisions with you as its a long drive to the nearest supermarket and we advise if you take dogs to close the gate at the top of the drive as we had sheep visiting frequently which our dogs werent to keen on !

Perfect location and layout. Very comfortable cottage. The only blip is a woeful shower which is not fit for purpose. We had a stunning week.

Loved our stay over New Year in this beautiful, comfortable and cosy cottage. Fortunately, missed the snow as road to cottage may have been tricky to drive. Great walks in this lovely area of the Lake District. Nice pub and cafe down the road in Nether Wasdale village.

A perfect home from home, ideally placed to walk from the door (Middle Fell and Greendale Tarn for stunning views, and a short drive to Wasdake Head the start of so many fell climbs. The pubs are great, too!

Lovely cottage in a beautifully secluded location yet within walking / cycling reach of a couple of lovely eateries. Wast water, Scafell Pike and Wasdale Head easily accessible. The cottage is peacefully surrounded by hills with pretty waterfalls and fields with grazing sheep.
