A nice property, generally well equipped and maintained, but the owner is clearly not popular with other local residents, although they are friendly and helpful to guests.

We've visited Keswick many times over the years and this accommodation didn't disappoint. It's small but cosy and they've made good use of the space. My only disappointment for the price is parking isn't included even though there are spaces out front. Not sure why they can't get a permit for guests, but clearly there's a reason why not. Just to thank the owners for making our holiday a relaxing time ,the cottage was wonderful. We found the rugby ground helpful for parking for the week, perhaps you could put that in your details .Thanks again

A great cottage in a fantastic location. Wisteria Cottage is a home from home. Upon arrival and unloading, the car can be parked in the Pencil factory car park and forgotten about until departure. The cottage is so close to the delights of Keswick, so many places to eat and drink and so many activities and places to go. A fantastic retreat!

A beautiful cottage ideally situated to explore Keswick. We loved relaxing in the lounge in front of the fire at night. The beds were very comfortable and we had all of the equipment we needed for our stay. It was a nice touch to have fire sticks in each of the TVs.

It wasn't apparent from the photos that the property was situated on a busy main road, so wasn't as peaceful as we'd hoped. Also, although I knew when booking that there was no parking at the property, it would have been helpful if the cottage folder had provided suggestions, other than just telling people not to park outside. Luckily the neighbourRead mores were very helpful in suggesting the cheapest/most convenient car parks. Otherwise, the cottage was very nice. Hide

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely cottage in the beautiful town of Keswick. The location was easy for town and easy to get out to walk in the Langdales, Buttermere, and the hills above Derwent Water. We would happily go again.
