Great location. Very quiet. We had little or no wifi during our stay so dependent on your mobile operator this may cause you issues. Unfortunately the tv is needs wifi to work properly so if you want tv before bed you could be out of luck.

Beautiful location and comfortable set-up but a real shame about the damp and musty atmosphere in the room. Not one for asthma sufferers.

We had a lovely stay in Delft Suit. A nice, charming appartment with a beautiful garden. Everything you need is there. A nice location from where you can explore this part of the Lake District. By car, cycle and walking. We loved the walking from the house to Wise Een Tarn and Moss Ecles Tarn, just behind Top Hill.

Very spacious room in lovely old house . Other reviewers said it was a bed-sit which is true but it is huge with high ceilings and a lovely bay window with a great view. The bathroom and kitchen were both separate rooms and the kitchen was very well equipped and although small was fine for us - we cooked in house and it was useful having a dishwashRead moreer. The bathroom was a good size and the location was excellent. Hide

Superb location. Beautiful apartment beautiful views. All worked well except complicated tv!! But such a minor thing. Guide books , etc were so helpful to first time lake visitors. Key location instructions ftom Holidaycottages were very poorly described! Please update!

Great location with walks straight from the door and fantastic views. We agree with other guests, it is not an apartment, its a studio. It is in need of refresh, apart from that, it was very comfortable and quiet. We had no issues with the wifi. The TV however was a bit of challenge, we did eventually manage to get it to work. This is a bedsit and not a one bedroom apartment as suggested by the description and photos. Dated decor and furnishings but adequate. Too many laminated notices of 'do nots'. Fire cannot be seen let alone appreciated from the seating area, not cosy Take your own 60W equiv bayonet light bulbs to replace the 40W provided or you will be unable to seeRead more to read! TV does work but you will need a degree in technology to fathom it out. But the bed is comfy, thank goodness! Hide

Fantastic location with plenty to see and visit. The apartment is part of a old property which does have a few age problems but all is forgotten when you open the curtains and you are greeted with such a splendid view and is in such a quiet location.
