Fantastic cottage in Gosforth. 10/15 mins from Eskdale, Wasdale and the Cumbrian beaches. We have stayed here twice now and are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Mattress may need replacing in the main bedroom. Carpet gripper exposed at the entrance to the living room. Really loved the LPs, showing my children what they are and how it works.

Great location for the coast and the hills. Area nice and quiet but 4 places to eat in the village is a real bonus. Also a lovely bakery few mins walk down the road. Cottage itself is 10/10. Really well equipped, record players, lots of dvds and smart tv. Garden nice and private with a great seating area. Highly recommend.

This is a wizard cottage to stay in. It has everything you'll need, and with books and a record collection, it really does feel homely. It is very close to Seascale beach and for staggering up Scarfell Pike.
