Well appointed, welcoming and cosy cottage. Lots of attention to detail with regard to the equipment provided. Not too far off the beaten track. Would not hesitate to come again.

A warm well equipped cottage suited of a maximum of four guests (there are beds for five, but seating for max four), parking in the village is a very minor inconvenience, but is idea for those with larger (or multiple) vehicles. We found the rooms a little warm at night, but otherwise the cottage was warm and cosy even with the cold weather we haRead mored at New Year. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking Everything was in clean and in excellent condition. Hide

Cottage was very warm and comfortable. Great access to the local area as only 1 mile off the main road but the village is very quiet. Only 5 miles from good shopping in 2 directions. Would definitely recommend.

Clean , well equipped comfortable cottage in a quiet location. Not far from the coast or the lakes so you can get the best of both worlds. The local pub served nice food so worth a visit. Enjoyed the break away and weather warm and pleasant which is always a bonus .

This is a lovely clean and comfortable cottage. It was a lovely base to return to after a day exploring the lakes and was also comfortable to spend our rest days there. In particular the kitchen was well equipped and there was everything we needed to make homecooked meals easily. We would definitely go again!
