We would highly recommend this property. It's location, the walks, the peace, the views, beautiful and always so toasty and cozy inside (so glad the heating was on for us to control) and sunrise over the hill above the lake was beautiful. The cottage was so comfortable and clean, we were very happy, the owners thought of everything

Lovely peaceful venue; ideal for dog walking and just getting away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Some nice pubs within a few minutes travel in Far Sawrey and Hawkshead. A beautiful, really well equipped place to stay in a stunning location. Nearby Cuckoo Brow Inn serves excellent quality meals with lovely, friendly service. The whole family loved going out on the water with Kev at Lakes Wakesurf. Only downside is that it can get noisy with people from the flat above moving around.
