The cottage is in an incredible location! It is so beautiful. We loved the big living room where we played many boardgames! Great area, close to Keswick, Derwent water and Ullswater! Perfect for a 3-night stay! Next time well book an extra night! Loved it!

Lovely location with stunning views in all directions. Ideal if you wish to walk from the door, or for children to explore the surrounding fields. Short walk to Threlkeld for pub, community cafe or playground, or to the Threlkeld - Keswick Railway Trail. We had to keep a very close watch on the toddler in our group because of the slippery kitcheRead moren flagstones and steps to the dining room. Access to the downstairs bathroom may be inconvenient as it is located through one of the bedrooms. We found that the cleanliness of the property did not match the glowing reviews on the website. This cottage is beautiful and we keep returning like a home from home. Weve stayed as families and as a group of friends. Its so well equipped, comfy beds, lovely location and as long as youre mobile you could walk up to the cottage from the village and use the local buses if needs be. Take a torch if youll be returning after sunset though. The twRead moreo living rooms makes for a great sharing space, you can have a film night and games night in different rooms, or if you have kids with you they can use one room and you can have some chill time. We had a wonderful holiday at Inns - such an amazing location and a lovely house. The configuration suited our three generations very well as early rising youngsters were able to play upstairs without waking those downstairs! The garden was great for playing and the views were superb. Vert well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture.
