Stepping outside from the main living space, a door opens onto a small balcony with a charming terrace. In the warmer months the outdoor furniture is a lovely spot to sit back with a glass of wine and look out over the town and surrounding countryside. Shared bike rails are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that the apartment is reached via 63 steps up an external concrete stairway with a handrail. You will also have a designated parking space in the car park behind the building, which is a short walk from the property via the street. Large cars may find it difficult to manoeuvre in the space especially when the car park is full.
