Located in the market town of Keswick with a great selection of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Keswick holds an annual Mountain Festival which features outstanding sporting events, speakers and live music. This is the perfect base to get out and explore the Northern Lakes, with Derwentwater (less than a mile) and Bassenthwaite (4 miles) both close by and there are a great selection of fells and Wainwrights to tackle in the local area. Whinlatter Forest with its fantastic bike tracks and walks is less than 5 miles away. Or why not walk down to the Theatre by the Lake (1 mile) and enjoy a talk or film? You can also hop on an open top bus and take in a day tour of the Lakes hopping on and off at your leisure.

This stylish, well-finished ground floor apartment is accessed via a secure entrance. As you walk into the hallway of this cosy apartment you will instantly notice it has a lovely welcoming feel. The open-plan lounge/kitchen has comfy seating including a sofa with Smart TV allowing you to watch a film or series through your Netflix account. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and slimline dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar where you can enjoy your meals together while discussing plans for the days ahead. Opposite the kitchen is the contemporary shower room with a shower and WC. There is a spacious king-size bedroom where you can switch off and relax after a day out exploring. There is a handy storage cupboard in the hallway to stow away coats and boots. The property benefits from underfloor heating and has been finished to a high standard throughout from lovely oak internal doors to contemporary styling and lots of local photos which have been taken by the owner himself.

There is private parking for one car and although there is no private garden, you are just a short walk from Fitz Park where there is an abundance of open space and seating so you can sit out and enjoy the views over Skiddaw.

Clean comfortable apartment in a quiet ideal location. Numerous individual shops in Keswick, the bakery on the square sold delicious scones! Easy walking distance to Derwentwater with stunning scenery.

Small but comfortable and serves it's purpose. Well equipped but one utensil missing a pair of kitchen scissors would be a great help.

This accommodation was absolutely superb. There is nothing that the owners havent thought of. It really is that good. Great location in Keswick, fab to have a car parking spot and the property itself is spotlessly clean.

A lovely apartment in the centre of Keswick with private parking. Well appointed and comfortable. We usually book here as we can bring our door but unfortunately he passed away before coming down. I would recommend this place. We have now been 3 times and love it.

Carl Side View was just perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. Property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location of the property was excellent for Keswick and all it's amenities with walks on the doorstep that we could get to without having to use the car. Off-road parking was great.

This property is ideally suited for both access to Derwent Water and the centre of Keswick with all its amenities. This was the third time we have stayed at this property in 4 years. Comfortable and well equipped with very new and modern facilities.Good quiet location but easy access to all local amenities. We travelled by train and relied on public transport which is recommended and easy.
