Other walking routes include a circular trail to Stock Ghyll Force (1 mile), Wansfell Pike (1.5 miles), or Grasmere (4 miles) via the scenic Rydal Cave (2.5 miles). The place is amazing and definitely one of my top stays at the lakes. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, remote and very peaceful. Inside is modern and spacious, extremely cozy and perfect to crash on the couch after a long day of exploring.
