The property is an easy drive from the charming destinations of Ambleside, 2 miles away, and Hawkshead, 3.5 miles away, where you'll find a superb selection of shops, galleries, and fine dining restaurants. Enjoy a scenic cruise on Lake Windermere from Ambleside Pier. Alternatively, lace up your walking boots and head out to tackle nearby fell and mountain routes – Tarn Hows, Loughrigg Fell, and Latterbarrow are within 5 miles, with the more challenging hikes of Bowfell, Scafell Pike, and Helvellyn within 15 miles. Bicycle gently through the shared grounds or visit Grizedale Forest, 6 miles away, which features a variety of more adventurous trails to test all abilities amid the picturesque woodland surroundings.

At the end of a day exploring the Lake District, you can sink into the plush sofas in the inviting lounge area, perfectly positioned to offer magnificent countryside vistas through the expansive bay window. Great cleanliness. Great views. The apartment was very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully book again next year. Our only criticism was lack of clear instructions for operating the tv with the remotes provided.

Bowfell is a beautiful apartment set within a lovely building which looks out over a well kept large lawned area leading down to lake Windemere. Located well for an easy stroll into Ambleside where you can find most local amenities.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the wonderful location of Pullwood. Our 3rd visit and it gets better every time we stay. Apartment is immaculate with everything you need. View is spectacular! We will be returning!

Amazing apartment....really didn't want to leave. Everything you could possibly wish for and more! View spectacular from the apartment and the terrace.....sitting with a glass of wine at the end of the day was heaven. Will definitely be returning asap.
