Location & facilities were great, very smartly refurbished cosy house, comfortable beds, but above all the great responsiveness of Lakeland Retreats who visited us a couple of times to get a couple of issues fixed to our satisfaction. Would return, good value, thanks

A fantastic stay- the house is beautifully decorated and clean, and the location is perfect for Ambleside- just minutes from the centre, but tucked nicely out of the way.
