The property was clean and plentiful of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils etc. You could easily cook at every meal time as the kitchen is a very good size. The lounge was nice and cosy with dimmable lighting. The bedrooms were very spacious, we enjoyed the fact we all had an en-suite each (three ladies). The top floor has a very large bath witRead moreh tv, a shower, plus his and hers matching sinks. Turn right out of the propery and you are only a few yards away from the start of all the shops and restaurants. Free secure parking was a bonus, just before you hit the oneway system of Ambleside, next to the main car park. It was a short walk from the property, I would definitely stay here again. Hide

Perfect new years location, handy for great walks, restaurants and nightlife. We parked our car and didn't have to move it for a week. Three lovely big bedrooms each ensuite perfect for three couples. We loved it, especially liked the Thai restaurant close to accommodation and the Badger bar was lovely.
