Grange Over Sands is a beautiful town with many amenities within walking distance. For easily accessible day trips there is the scenic south Cumbrian coastline, head up to Bowness, Windermere or Ambleside, enjoy a lazy day on a boat on Lake Windermere or explore the Beatrix Potter’s attractions nearby. Within easy reach of the beautiful village of Cartmel with is bespoke shops, quality eateries, Medieval Priory and famous racecourse with an array of yearly events to enjoy.
Upon entering this wonderful cottage, you will instantly feel at home, originally a stable this property boasts everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Off to the left of the hall is the homely dining room which is the perfect place to enjoy a meal anytime of the day and has plenty of quirky features throughout. The kitchen which has all the hall marks of a traditional Cumbrian cottage with an electric oven and cermaic hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The lounge is the hub of the house and offers guests a relaxing and warm place to be with two sofas’ surrounding the open fire which is ideal for a night in front of the Smart TV with a movie. There is also a desk area at the back and patio doors leading out into the garden. Heading up to the first floor we have two dual aspect double bedrooms overlooking the front and back of the property both with smart TV's. Completing the property is the bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.
The garden is a joy to behold with seating out from the kitchen and a lovely gravelled area along with BBQ. The garden is enclosed and secure. There is also a laundry room equipped with washing machine and separate dyer and parking at the back for one car. The front of the property also offers seating within its wonderful flowered area.
