As an added plus Arnside has one of the area’s best fish and chip shops. For those keen walkers there are many walks from your door up to the nearby fells and also two beautiful local deer parks. All you need to decide is whether to turn right or left! You can start or finish at Levens Hall, with beautiful gardens and the world’s oldest topiary and indulge in ‘the Kitchen’ for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea.

Beyond this there is a spectacular bathroom with deep bath, large walk-in shower, heated floor, vanity basin and WC. There is a small patio and garden at the property with a table and two chairs and the added benefit of one allocated parking space to the rear. There is also a lockable shed for storage of bikes etc.
