Whether it’s a jam-packed adventure holiday or a relaxing escape, this delightful abode and its great location have something for everyone. Spend days kayaking to Derwentwater’s islands or hop on a boat trip for a leisurely cruise. From the array of surrounding villages, climb fells such as Catbells (4.5 miles by road) and mountains including Skiddaw (6 miles) or watch the tumbling waterfall at Lodore Falls (3.5 miles). Spend evenings at the local cinema (1 mile) or enjoy a night at the Theatre by the Lake (1 mile), great for date nights or entertaining little ones. With plenty to do on rainy days too, visit the Derwent Pencil Museum or the illusions at Puzzling Place, both of which are less than 0.5 miles from your door.

Lovely house with private parking in an ideal location in the centre of Keswick, and close to Fitz Park. Finished to a high standard with everything you might need, and a lovely welcome pack. On a different note the stairs and steps to the back garden are quite steep.

Very clean and well presented cottage, weve used many times and look forward to returning in August. Location is great for the centre ok Keswick and benefiting from off road parking. Weve just stayed there with our Daughter Husband and granddaughter and had no problem with space. Thank you

This accommodation is perfectly situated and equipped with everything you need for a holiday in the beautiful market town of Keswick. A short walk to the many shops, bars and restaurants and an even shorter walk to the park to exercise your four legged friend. Would definitely stay there again!

This was our 5th visit. The cottage very clean and well presented as always. Location a very big bonus being very close to the town centre with all its amenities. With the added bonus of private parking.

Great cottage right in the heart of Keswick and with parking. You can walk into town in 2 minutes, The Fitz Park is behind the cottage over the footbridge also 2 minutes and Derwent Water is about 15 minutes. Cottage is well equipped and the beds are comfy. The cottage was spotlessly clean. Communication with Karen the owner was great, so nice and Read moreeasy to check in and out. She even contacted us to make sure wed arrived OK and had everything we needed. Well be booking again. Hide

This was our second visit to the cottage - the previous one being in 2019. It is as perfect now as it was then - very clean, comfortable beds and sofas, well supplied kitchen, spacious lounge/dining for 4 and such a benefit having your own parking space in Keswick. The location is amazing - so handy for shops, restaurants and walks but set far enouRead moregh away from the main roads to be quiet. Lovely interior and well supplied with everything for self catering. Close to the centre of Keswick. Character cottage brought into the present with lovely decoration. Great to have one free parking space -expensive with two cars!

We have been coming to Keswick for over 25 years and this is the best cottage we have stayed in . Clean , comfortable, Cozy , home from home , and the owners have gone above and beyond to make sure you have the best holiday. The cottage is in prime location for walks straight from your door or to go into town and the shops. It is a good size with the benefit of a garden for dogs. It was very clean and homely. We would definitely stay again. Enjoyable stay.

Wonderful cottage, central but quiet location. Lovely comfortable bed, power shower, all equipment you needed for great stay. Spotlessly clean.
