In the pretty market town of Keswick a great base to explore the Northern Lakes either on foot, by car, or by bus. Situated between Derwentwater (0.5 miles) and Bassenthwaite (3.5 miles), enjoy kayaking, canoeing, or exploring the magnificent fells on your doorstep. Latrigg is less than 2 miles away, Cat Bells and Skiddaw are within 5 miles. Keswick has a nice selection of dog-friendly pubs, restaurants, and independent shops to explore. Annually, Keswick hosts the mountain festival, which is held over three days with world-class sports, lots of outdoor activities, talks, films, and live music events which take place beside the lake. Head to Whinlatter Forest and follow the Gruffalo trail or if you enjoy mountain biking then there are some great tracks to explore here.

As you enter the property you will walk into the hallway, the two bedrooms are off the hall, there is a twin bedroom and a spacious double with a TV. You will find the bathroom next door to the bedrooms, it has a bath to soak in at the end of a long day and a shower over the bath. At the end of the hallway, you will find the lounge, it is a bright room with views across the fells on a clear day. This room offers you a great place to relax, comfortable sofas, Smart TV, and an electric wood burner effect all makes this a cosy place to kick back and enjoy your favourite movie or catch up on a series on your Netflix account. There is a small breakfast bar at the entrance of the kitchen, which is off the lounge, this sits two people and is a great place to have breakfast or enjoy a bite of lunch! The kitchen is compact but is well equipped with microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment. In the hallway, there is a cupboard that houses a handy washer/dryer.

There is private parking in front of the property for one car. There are a good selection of pubs, restaurants and shops in the immediate area, the town centre is less than 0.5 miles away.

We enjoyed our stay at Engadine , it was situated a little out of town so was nice and quiet away from traffic but not too far to walk . We would stay there again .

Great location. Very clean and generally comfortable with the exception of new mattresses needed on the single beds. Springs can be felt. Also can be some noise from the apartment above can be heard.

Great property. It was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Just a short walk into Keswick town so location was great. Our only bad thing about it was that the neighbours upstairs were incredibly loud at times and would put us off coming again which is a shame because the property is great!

Excellent location and parking clean comfortable & well equipped. The bedding is a little tired could do with new duvets duvet covers and pillows. The people living up stairs are very noisy especially early morning @4am and late at night they leave all there bikes in the porch way making it difficult when arriving and leaving with luggage. Lovely apartment and location, well equipped and clean. Only issue was the noise from above, the people were not being particularly noisy just the normal sounds of living but quite intrusive for us we found.

Lovely apartment very clean in a perfect location, easy walk into the centre of Keswick also nice to have a car parking space. The outside decking area was great with table and chairs, and ideal for plane spotting. The bathroom was great with lovely shower and the beds very comfy. This apartment is in a really good location. Walking distance to Keswick and all its amenities. Our car never moved for the whole of the stay which is great. The apartment was well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay.

The property & and its position in Keswick is ideal for us, especially with varied dog walks available, & we look forward to returning again to enjoy it. The cottage was clean and in a great location. The beds were comfy the one thing would have been better was the duvet covers weren't ironed and looked very creased.The smoke alarms was going when we arrived we put new batteries in it also 2 bulbs had gone in the main light.Also a bit noisy upstairs.

Good location for town, 5 minutes walk. If using more than 1 car can be a bit tricky and expensive finding somewhere to park. The cottage was very clean warm and comfortable. Ideally positioned to walk into Keswick and surrounding area but with its own parking space. Lovely outside area. Dog friendly which was a real bonus. Lovely place to stay, 10 minute walk into town. The place was lovely and clean couldn't fault it had everything you needed....... sadly only a couple of things let it down, toilet seat could do with being replaced as it's going a bit yellow and the settees are starting to dip right in and was a bit uncomfortable.xx

An absolutely lovely apartment in an ideal location! We stayed here for a week with our dog and the place was immaculate and having our own parking space was so convenient which meant we could walk the 10 min walk into town and leave the car behind. We loved our stay at Engadine. The apartment is in a perfect location with a private parking space and only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Keswick. The apartment was well looked after and tidy. Everything was great. We were lucky to have a sunny weekend and enjoyed sitting on the patio. We would stay here again.
