We enjoyed our stay but a bit of redecorating is required. A very peaceful setting, but no available safe walks round about.

We visited the property to celebrate a 70th birthday and the property easily accommodated 6 adults and 3 children. We had some issues with the preparation of the property prior to our arrival (which were resolved by the owners) and certain areas require a bit of TLC. Otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay. The bedrooms are roomy and all have en suiRead morete facilities, and we noticed some of the bathrooms appear to have recently upgraded. The views from the property are amazing and the sauna and hot-tub proved popular. Hide

A lovely house in a great location. As a family of 10 with dogs over Christmas, we had a great week. Good size bedrooms all with en-suites. Hot tub and sauna were a bonus. Owners were contactable and helpful.

Lovely owners who went out of their way to accommodate us due to a very last minute booking as holidaycottages cancelled our booking 3 days before. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the hot tub and sauna were excellent and there was plenty of room. A perfect location for a family get together.

Beautiful, homely house in a fabulous location. Perfect for large family gatherings and we have had a wonderful stay. However, the house is looking a bit tired and shabby in parts and needs some investment, as some things were worn and broken and the house had only been superficially cleaned prior to arrival (eg, dog hairs on floor coverings, dust Read moreon hard furniture, and cobwebs in all rooms). The lower floor was also very damp (strong smell, peeling walls) and mould. Hide
