Lovely cosy cottage in the village and right next to a pub, shop very close. Do try to cafe across the road too for great value breakfasts. There is everything you need and a great welcome pack. The patio area is very small but there are plenty of walks nearby. Lots on offer in Cartmel with a really friendly vibe.

Well appointed one bedroom cottage, ideal for two people. Really enjoyed the log burner in the evenings. Good sized bedroom with a large bathroom next door. No bath but a really good walk in shower. Would most certainly book the Snug again. My only concern would be the staircase if you have even the slightest mobility issues. The Pig & Whistle pub Read morenext door which is most certainly worth a visit can be a little noisy on a Friday and Saturday night. Nothing rowdy just people having fun. Hide
