Heading upstairs you will find three comfy and traditional bedrooms, all with exposed beams. The two double bedrooms have a TV with DVD and an en-suite shower and WC. There is a cosy twin room with sloping ceiling, and a separate bathroom which has a shower over the bath and WC.

As you step outside you will find a useful separate room with facilities for changing in/out of all walking gear. There is a delightful south-facing garden with a choice of patios and lawns. The property also owns an extended area beyond the cottage with trees and shrubs. The owners have also installed several nature cameras which can be viewed on one of the televisions installed in the cottage. A footpath from the garden provides an easy walk into Hawkshead.
