An outstanding location. The apartment is spacious and well appointed with more than sufficient cutlery etc etc. The views from the window looking out over Estwaite are to die for. We've had two contrasting holidays at Broomriggs. The first was during the exceptional heatwave, the second was a very rainy week. Both weeks were enjoyable. The peaceful and scenic location lent itself well to being out and about in the good weather, yet we were equally as happy staying in reading and relaxing during the days when we experienced hRead moreeavy rain as the apartment is well equipped and quiet, and it was nice to look out and watch the changing weather patterns. We really enjoyed staying at Broomriggs 11. The flat was comfortable and had everything we needed - even a stock of books - and the highlight was the view of the lake. Our only regret was that it took us this long to find Broomriggs!. We have already booked for next year.
