A wonderful cosy cottage to enjoy the peace & tranquility of this beautiful area. Superbly furnished, with everything you could need. Stunning views from the front & back of the property. Keen birdwatchers can sit in the rocking chair by the window & enjoy the daylong visits from a wide variety of birds, just feet away, in the garden (bird spottingRead more books & binoculars very thoughtfully supplied!). A perfect base for walks directly from the door, but so homely you'd happily stay in! We'll be back! Hide

This is a lovely cottage in a lovely location. Its very peaceful and the views from both sides are fabulous. The cottage is well equipped although there are a couple of niggly things. The main one being the very inefficient fridge. Nothing that would ruin your stay though. If you like watching the birds youll be in seventh heaven.

Comfortable and quaint cottage in a lovely setting and only 12 minutes from Keswick centre. Clean and welcoming. However, beware that freezer box is taped up and the dryer is not working. Overall however, good value. We can recommend a visit to Lingholme which is down the road. They provide lovely food and the gardens are well worth a look.

We had the best time at Coledale cottage. So quiet and peaceful and a perfect place to recharge. We were blessed with a week of near perfect weather which enabled us to walk up high and make the most of this idyllic place. Would definitely love to return.
