Walks with spectacular scenery abound, this is a great base for exploring the Lake District National Park (10 miles) with its many attractions including mountain biking, high- and low-level walks, water sports, spectacular scenic drives, historic houses, gardens, villages, Roman forts and ancient stone circles to name a few.

Entry into this contemporary property is through the boot room which has plenty of hanging space for outdoor clothing and a boot rack for those muddy boots and shoes. Head through into the open-plan living area, a light and airy space and the hub of the house. The kitchen area is outstanding with everything you need to fulfil your culinary needs. From the lounge, patio doors lead out onto the south facing garden. Also on the ground floor is a utility/laundry room complete with washing machine and echo dryer and a separate WC. Heading up to the first floor are two beautifully furnished bedrooms, both with Juliette balconies which give an airy feel. One has a king-size bed and the other a small 4" double bed. Also on this floor is the family bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC.

Heading outside is a wonderful south facing private patio with seating which makes it perfect for alfresco dining or relax on the deck chairs and sun loungers to soak up the sunshine.
