On entering you will find yourself in the bright, spacious and welcoming lounge, a comfortable room with a stone open hearth fire featuring an oak lintel, TV and quite a stunning view of Lake Windermere to enjoy. Moving into the attractive and light kitchen/diner, you will find that the stylish kitchen is equipped with everything you might need including an electric hob, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The dining area is ideally situated and also enjoys fantastic views. From here you can go out onto the terrace to enjoy the evening. Exploring further, you will find three cosy and pretty bedrooms on this level, there are two small single bedrooms and a twin room with  2ft6inch singles that can be joined on request to  create a king size bed. There is a contemporary shower room with double shower and WC is conveniently located at the same end of the house. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms: a double, and a twin, as well as a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Below the main living area you will find a garage which contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, another fridge and plenty of space to store bikes and hang wet clothes around the boiler room.

The house stands in an acre of grounds, largely rough grass and wood, with a flat lawn, which is perfect for games, adjoining the terrace, which is furnished and ideal for alfresco meals or BBQs. Here you can sit and relax and admire the extensive views of the lake, or explore the beautiful surroundings. There is secure bike storage, and ample parking is available on the tarmac drive.
