This wonderful bungalow is superbly equipped, in the popular village of Hawkshead, only a short stroll into the main hub with shops and pubs a-plenty.

Hawkshead is a popular Lakeland village right in the centre of the Lakes and offers a selection of interesting shops and plenty of places to eat out. This property is ideally situated for those who want to make the most of all that the Lake District has to offer, both in terms of its stunning landscape and its cultural heritage. This prime location is great for getting around and enjoying this amazing region with both Lake Windermere and Coniston both being within 5 miles.

This bungalow is a great place for anyone to enjoy all on one level. As soon as you walk into the hall you can hang up your boots and coat and get ready to enjoy your break. Entering the lounge area which has a comfy corner sofa and armchair surrounding the TV and flame effect electric fire; perfect for relaxing at any time of the year. The contemporary open-plan kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and an oak dining table and chairs the master bedroom has a double with views over the fields The second bedroom is a bunk bedroom and then we have the shower and WC to complete

The outdoor area is a joy to behold with a full-encompassing area to enjoy with a lawned area along with patio seating to enjoy a glass of wine after a day out whilst looking over the village and fells beyond. There is private on-site parking for two cars.
