Cosy, quaint cottage in an idyllic spot with beautiful rural views and its own quirky design, only a few miles from the vibrant market town of Keswick.

Situated right in the heart of the North Lakes area of the Lake District National Park, the location of this quirky property is perfect for explorers. From your door, there are many miles of walking and cycling trails to discover as well as hills, fells and mountains to climb. Head to the nearby market town of Keswick which is just 5 miles down the road and home to independent shops full of local goods and gifts, as well as plenty of cafes, ice cream shops and patisseries to indulge in a sweet treat. There's even the famous Theatre by The Lake, showing productions in an inspiring, atmospheric setting. Surrounded by natural beauty, the nearest lake is Derwent water and is less than 1 mile’s walk from the centre of the town. This unique property is perfect for anyone looking for a different type of getaway full of the potential for adventure. This retreat is located in on a campsite yet is wonderfully private and makes the most of those amazing valley views.

Entering the property, you’ll find yourself in the cosy living area with a hammock seat, which is the ideal place to relax, switch off and unwind. Pop a film on the TV in here after a full day out exploring the local area. There is a small dining area along with a kitchenette housing an electric twin hob, kettle, fridge, toaster and grill. Up the steep ladder is the delightful single bedroom with Velux windows so you can enjoy looking at the stars in the dark night sky. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower and WC which is an impressive use of the space for this cosy and compact base.
