A well-presented and contemporary first floor property set in the centre of Portinscale, with local amenities on your doorstep. A great retreat for couples or family looking to explore the Lakes.

The stylish and contemporary interior of this house as well as its location make it a great place for a family or friends to stay. There are local amenities on your doorstep and the footpath into Keswick is just a few hundred meters from the house. Within the village you will find some nice places to eat and enjoy a drink. The nearby market town of Keswick has lots of nice independent shops and events. If you are looking for a more unusual activity why not try walking an Alpaca! There are some lovely walks around Lingholm walled garden or for the more adventurous walkers why not venture up Skiddaw. Use the launch which is a short walk away to get around the local area and take in the spectacular views around the Lake.

Walking into the property you will enter the hallway, up the stairs you will find the lounge which is a bright sociable space with comfortable seating, Smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD and wireless speakers. From this room you can see Derwentwater. One of the bathrooms has a bath, separate shower and WC and there is a shower room with shower and WC.

There is a private parking space at the entrance to the house for one car. There is additional street parking close to the property for any additional cars.
