There is also a family bathroom at the property. Take a cup of tea out on to a picnic table within the shared courtyard area on fine days. Find you have parking for two cars at the barn.
Head down to beautiful Bassenthwaite Lake, approximately 1 mile away, to go wildlife watching and to walk through the nature reserve. Plan trips to the Lake District Wildlife Park, just 2 miles from the barn, where you can see all kinds of mammals, birds and reptiles, and where children will enjoy the play area.
