Alternatively, take in the views from one of the stately Derwentwater launches – there are seven landing stages. Keswick has a lovely bustling atmosphere; enjoy the shops, take in a film, visit a museum or catch a play or concert at the wonderful Theatre By The Lake.
Enter the property into the hallway; there is a pretty king-size bedroom to your left, and across the hallway is the family bathroom offering a walk-in shower and WC. As you head down the hall, you will find the bright and spacious country-style open-plan kitchen and dining room, with patio doors opening onto the private patio. The dining area offers seating for the whole family; it is a great sociable space to prepare dinner and make plans for your stay in the Lakes. The kitchen has everything you may need: a Smart TV, a slimline dishwasher, a washing machine, a full-size fridge/freezer, and an electric range-style cooker set in an alcove with an attractive beam. Leaving the kitchen and heading back into the hallway, there is a spacious double bedroom with lots of storage and built-in wardrobes. The lounge is next door and offers a great space to kick back, relax and enjoy a board game or movie together. There is a large corner sofa, a Smart TV, and a cosy wood burner.
Head outside from the kitchen/dining area and you will find a private spacious patio with views over the fells. There is seating to enjoy al fresco dining on a nice evening or a coffee in the morning. There is private parking for up to two cars in the small car park just 20 metres from the property.
