A fantastic location for a romantic getaway for two, or three if you choose to bring along your four-legged friend, this pod has all the comforts you need when returning home from adventurous days. Spend a day on the lake or enjoy a waterside wander at Ullswater (16.5 miles) before soaking tired muscles in the bubbling hot tub or basking in the last of the sun on a sun lounger. Cosy and compact, yet with all you need to stay snug and comfortable, escape to the gorgeous Lake District and call this quaint lodge, home.

 

Ascend to the decking where you will find the perfect al fresco dining spot and your very own hot tub, the welcome home you will need after adventurous days hiking and stick chasing. After admiring these outdoor facilities, step inside and make yourselves at home in the welcoming open-plan living area where the kitchenette, lounge, and sleeping area fit perfectly together. Snuggle up on one of two sofas and switch on the TV for a relaxing afternoon or take a glass of something cold outside and sit a while on the decking or the sun loungers to unwind in the great outdoors. When it’s time to feed hungry tummies, find a microwave and two ring electric hob in the kitchen area and rustle up a delicious feast. After a bubble in the hot tub, enjoy a refreshing shower and prepare the pull-out bed for a peaceful night’s sleep. There is off-road parking for one car.

 

With so many places to explore, plan your time wisely and head out early to seize the day. Try your hand at water sports including paddleboarding, sailing or kayaking, or book onto a dog-friendly cruise with the Ullswater Steamers. If visiting in spring months, keep your eyes peeled for Wordsworth’s daffodils as you journey atop the second largest lake in England. An 11.5-mile trip will take you to one of the finest stone circles in the north of England, Long Meg and her Daughters, a sight to behold and a great picnic spot.

Really good for the money hottub was checked In the mornings by the staff to make sure it's warm and ready Really clean inside and out loads of little places to visits and nice views
