With a Smart TV, electric fire and plenty of seating, the lounge is a lovely space to sit back, chat into the night, catch up with a good book or watch a movie. The central dining table provides an ideal spot for sharing a romantic meal for two, which you can enjoy cooking in the stylish kitchen. Exploring this relaxing property further you will find a bathroom and a bright, refreshing double bedroom. Outside, the shared gardens have seating overlooking Borrowdale, providing a lovely spot for taking in the views.

Close to the River Derwent and Stonethwaite Beck, the pretty village of Rosthwaite makes a great base for activities including fishing, rock climbing, paddleboarding, canoeing and kayaking. The village also has a friendly pub and a choice of tearooms. Nearby Keswick (6.5 miles) has plenty to discover including the Puzzling Place, Alhambra Cinema, Derwent Pencil Museum, Keswick Adventure Centre, Castlerigg Stone Circle and the Theatre by the Lake on the bank of Derwentwater. Also nearby are the Bowder Stone, Honister Slate Mine, the Lake District Wildlife Park and Mirehouse and Gardens (all within 15.5 miles).
