Situated in the picturesque village of Rosthwaite, the cottage features a welcoming wood burner, exposed ceiling beams and a private patio offering glorious views over the surrounding fells.

The spacious lounge is perfect for sitting back, playing a board game in front of the wood burner or watching a favourite movie on the Smart TV. The country-style open-plan kitchen/diner has a range of handy equipment perfect for cooking all your favourite family meals, along with a Smart TV and a sociable farmhouse-style dining table. The cottage also features a twin bedroom, a charming double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, and a stylish shower room. Outside, the patio makes a great spot for dining alfresco and taking in the breathtaking views.

The cottage is close to the tearooms in the friendly village of Rosthwaite, and makes a great base for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers exploring Borrowdale. A popular spot for kayaking, paddleboarding and sailing, the vibrant town of Keswick (6.5 miles) is home to the Puzzling Place, the Derwent Pencil Museum and the Theatre by the Lake at the head of Derwentwater. Other local landmarks and visitor attractions include the Bowder Stone, Galleny Force Waterfall, Black Moss Pot (all within a mile), Dale Head and Glaramara (both within 3.5 miles). Also nearby are the lakes of Buttermere (5.5 miles) and Crummock Water (7.5 miles) to the west, and Thirlmere to the east (12 miles).
